Welcome to GRACE. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GRACE website, simulation tools, content, and any services provided via www.thegraceplatform.org (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to:

  • Use the Site for lawful purposes only
  • Refrain from attempting to access restricted portions of the system
  • Not reverse engineer, replicate, or attempt to extract internal logic from the simulation interface or displayed content

The public-facing tools are for demonstration and informational purposes only, not for use in live credit decisioning.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, system logic, equations, and models presented on this site are the intellectual property of GRACE and its creators. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
  • Use any part of the model or logic in commercial applications without explicit licensing

3. No Warranties

The GRACE platform is provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

  • That the results presented on the site are error-free or complete
  • That access to the Site will be uninterrupted or secure
  • That simulated outputs match real-world legal or financial outcomes

Use of the demo does not constitute financial advice, legal counsel, or a loan decisioning service.

4. Limitation of Liability

GRACE shall not be held liable for:

  • Any losses incurred through use of the demo simulation or interpretation of its outputs
  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from reliance on displayed information
  • Errors in input, simulation logic, or underlying assumptions

5. User Data

Any personal data submitted (e.g., via contact forms) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store or share confidential loan data. The demo simulation uses pre-generated, anonymized loan profiles only.

6. Changes to the Terms

GRACE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from use of the GRACE platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of Georgia state or federal courts.
